The reform of the Gran Vía in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat represents an urban regeneration that transcends the local scale. The planning defines high-rise residential and office buildings, between 19 and 22 stories high, together with commercial buildings of lesser height. The towers are placed as built-up crowns around the new square, surrounded by open and extensive green areas. The starting point of our project is the search for coherence with a built environment that does not necessarily have to be homogeneous. Our work focused on the research, materiality and construction detailing of the facade skins treated with 100% glass.

The proposed project is a clear representation of the booming Bolivian economy and its potential in terms of natural resources. Privileged location in the most economically developed neighborhood of the city, and only 2 minutes away from the new “Ventura Mall”, as well as the Mario Foianini Lozada bridge which connects with the entire residential sector of Urubó.

“NO PARKING NO BUSINESS…”…in view of this premise and the modus operandi of the city’s inhabitants, the project is crossed by a vehicular road which will provide the complex with a privileged connectivity and comfort, as well as a unique building singularity. A mixed-use complex that houses commercial spaces, internal parking block, and offices, residences and 5* hotel between both towers on this mixed and permeable base.

NEW ENTEL HEADQUARTERS

The project’s site proposal is based on the concept of a MEETING POINT, which in our field mainly symbolizes the “square” as a public place, a meeting place, open and in this particular case as a transition between the exterior and the interior of the building.

A space of concentration, of gain for the city, as well as of high flexibility in its use for business activities, from which the “Multicenter”, Offices and Auditorium can be accessed independently or not. The main tower rises on one of the main avenues of the city, with the intention of turning the ENTEL building as the landmark of the area, easily VISIBLE by its image and height, when passing through the avenues Pachakutij (North – South) and Av. Circunvalación (Both directions).

CENTER EMPRESARIAL I COMERCIAL TORRES TOBOROCHI – URUBÓ VILLAGE

The land, located at the south-east end of the future real estate development “Urubó Village”, with a total lot size of 187ha is located in the Urubó sector, Santa Cruz de la Sierra. At 6km from the Main Square and in west direction, the construction of the 3rd bridge giving continuity and connection between the Avinguda Roca and Coronat on the other side of the Piraí River, will make this location a key place for the implantation of the future Urubó Village and its new Business City. Strategically located, and with views overlooking the river and the city of Santa Cruz, it is sure to become an attraction for the visitors.

There should be no obligation to conceive of the banking institution as we usually do. We propose a new way of using the banking space, almost as an extension of the outdoor public space. The bank starts already from the outside square, where we can inform customers or expose products or others. Already inside the building itself, we will cross it in its entirety, finding the “work-café”, the entrance to “regional”, spaces where we can make automatic transactions or “Virtual Fie” accompanied by majestic vegetation, and at the end of this, a space of boxes and customer service platforms.

WTC LA PAZ

The project is located in the Curva de Holguín, a strategic location linking the southern and northern areas of the city, surrounded by the presence of first order traffic collector roads that link these two areas or “centers” of the city of La Paz. In this sense, the project intends to become a landmark not only for the monumentality that means the location of the bus and cable car terminals, the presence of shopping centers, the business macro-complex or others, but it has managed to shape as a place of “meeting” of generations, cultures, etc. that identify and appropriate this “space designed and designed for the citizen”.
