In a special frame, giving façade to be one of the largest parks in the city, the Central Parc del Poble Nou and on the premises of a factory of the nineteenth century, a new office building will rise.

With volumetrics from the Management Plan, it is a structure consisting of three large parts with respect to the height and the occupation of the plant.

The strength of the volume is combined with treatment of the facade to achieve a result with an urban scale and harmony with the environment.
