WTC La Paz (BO) is back!
After almost 7 years with the project on stand-by, we have resumed the design of the WTC La Paz, this time in the Executive Project phase and with the purpose of obtaining the building permit as soon as possible, which will allow the city to start building this new central point in the city and landmark of the country and Latin America! It is a complex of buildings that includes in its approximately 300,000 m2 built area, an intermodal station, supermarket, shopping center, etc., as well as five 30-story towers on the perimeter and the WTC tower at the southern end, with 35 stories high.

We are surrounded by a green environment, but at the same time we are about 15 minutes from the major points of interest, both in the City of Asunción and its surroundings.
