We stablished a conceptual difference between the facade facing the street, treated as a lattice of wood as the main material is set shaping a semi-opaque facade to create more interior privacy, as opposed to the rear facade acquires greater prominence and transparency.

Efforts have been made to combine skins and enclosures as well as the final finishing of facades of the same quality in order to create a set built to be identified as such, without breaking with its context.
