MASTERPLAN COLINAS DEL URUBÓ

The new and iconographic residential complex “Colinas Towers” is located at the end of the route along the avenue that borders the “Centro Empresarial Mario Foianini” (west) and the new Boulevard Comercial (east). At the same time, both the residential complex and the commercial boulevard are bordered by the new 18-hole golf course that Colinas del Urubó is developing in the area. At the same time, it acts as a green safety strip between the Piraí River and all the buildings that are integrated in the sector. Abundant tree masses of very different species “inhabit” the place. The project foresees the conservation of all the species, as well as their integration into future buildings.
