With a lot area of 6,705.15 m2, it has 3 fronts to 3 important avenues, Juana Azurduy Avenue (Rio Rocha), to the west, Manco Kapak Avenue, to the east, and Ladislao Cabrera Avenue, to the south. A large mixed-use complex is proposed, consisting of parking lots, a shopping center and a gastronomic boulevard, and 5 towers of between 18 and 24 stories that will house a total of approximately 370 apartments. The total area to be built is 82,500 m2. Undoubtedly, a new development pole and landmark for the city of Cochambamba.
