The new “habitable ravine”, within a sloping terrain with little vegetation, runs from higher elevations to the Guadalquivir River, always visible as a backdrop. A “ravine” that will provide the development with a special microclimate, as well as a unique singularity. It will be through it where the main public activity of the condominium will “flow”, and where we will be able to find leisure and enjoyment spaces for its inhabitants, as well as the access roads and parking lots to each of the dwellings. The proposed layout also responds to the desire to maintain the “solitary” character of the site. Dwellings not visible to each other.
