ILOT7 ZAC DU SEQUE

Building project for 45 dwellings in ILOT7, in the Eco district Zac du Seque, in Bayonne, France. The site is marked by a very evident horizontality through the direction in the planting. The proposal accompanies the plot, and is slightly elevated from the ground to allow for multiple, unobstructed views. The public space is open to the site. The entities are collective dwellings on stilts with open terraces on both sides and access through comfortable “arboreal” walkways.
