ZAC DU SEQUE (FR)

Planning Project for 550 dwellings and subsequent drafting of the Building Project for the blocks or “ILOT_3” of 65 dwellings and “ILOT_7” of 48 dwellings. The project seeks to strengthen the existing atmosphere through an agrarian landscape pattern resulting from the history of the site and its use. We intend to install a habitat closely linked to the morphology and intrinsic features surrounding the site.

We are based on four existing and predefined landscapes, such as: “Mountain”, “Orchard”, “Camping” and “Ecotone”.
