ALMOGÀVERS

Integral rehabilitation of a building located in Almogàvers street in Barcelona. It is a block of first floor plus four floors (PB+4) that has been transformed to house a total of 16 apartments and commercial premises, adapting the existing structure to contemporary residential and commercial needs.

This intervention stands out for the recovery and updating of the building within the urban fabric of Barcelona, maximizing the functionality of its spaces. The project achieves a balance between preserving the essence of the original building and implementing modern solutions that guarantee the habitability and comfort of the new housing and commercial areas.
