Comprehensive rehabilitation of a listed building in Murillo street in the city of Barcelona. The intervention respects the heritage value of the building by preserving its original facade, while the interior achieves a harmonious dialogue between the past and the present, preserving historical elements and combining them with contemporary details.
This renovation transformed the building, which consists of 12 completely refurbished and equipped housing units. The design prioritized functionality and inclusion, adapting the spaces for people with reduced mobility and complying with strict regulatory criteria, thus revitalizing the building without losing its architectural essence.
