THE RACÒ

This project, to be executed between 2020 and 2021, falls within the residential category and represents an exercise in architectural recovery, where an existing building is transformed and adapted to new habitability requirements.

The proposal focuses on the complete updating of the domestic space, seeking to revitalize the home through a functional and contemporary design. As a comprehensive renovation, the project enhances the original structure while incorporating modern solutions that improve comfort and spatial quality, reflecting the workshop’s commitment to excellence in the renovation of private spaces.
